Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (final sale).
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
